“I know I need to be lifting weights but I’ve no idea what to do with them!”

There’s always something in the media about how we need to lift weights as we get older.

Especially for women. (Though men need to as well!)

“We must do strength training!”

But for those that may have never lifted weights before or for those that have and have hurt themselves before or have pre existing injuries; it can feel quite daunting.

The gym doesn’t always feel like a welcoming place to be.

People feel nervous about what they should and shouldn’t do and how 

It can be overwhelming!
