Having a coach and like minded individuals to do it with, can really make all the difference.

Part of our job as a coach is to make sure you’re doing the exercise right. This is not only to prevent injury, but to make sure you’re getting the most out of the exercise.

It’s also our job to educate and explain why you’re doing the exercise. Contrary to what some of my clients may think, I don’t just design a set of exercises for my entertainment! (well, most of the time!).

Having a set time each week; a person or in the case of a small group; people to turn up for all really helps.

Knowing that you’re part of a bigger community all working towards something, can also be really motivational
