“The Longer we entertain what’s *not* for us, the longer we postpone what *is*”

I speak to lots of people who say they need a mindset change.

They say they need to think more positively.

I’m talking about the constant negative attitude we have towards ourselves and about taking positive steps for change.

Your outlook on life makes a big difference to how you experience it.

You may not choose your circumstances or your health, but you have the power to choose how you think and react to things.

I want to encourage you that when you’re thinking about taking positive steps in your life towards better health, it starts in the mind.

I don’t mean a total change of perspective all at once, I mean just one tiny positive step forwards. Then often, that’s followed by more tiny steps forwards.

When we think there’s so much to change, or that one thing we want to achieve seems so out of reach, we feel too overwhelmed and don’t bother trying at all.

Or we’ve tried in the past and failed so don’t want to try again.
