NEW GROUPS STARTING IN SEPTEMBER

Our coach Olivia Plato is starting Wednesday 6.30pm evening group which is now FULL already!

A second Wednesday evening group will be starting shortly as well as a couple of other day time and lunchtime groups starting from September!!

If you would like to:

✅Get fitter
✅Have more energy
✅Build some muscle
✅Feel stronger

BUT

🚫Not quite sure where to start
🚫Never done strength training before
🚫Not interested in being shouted at by a PT
🚫Don’t fancy the big commercial gym scene

Would like to do it with other like minded individuals in a smaller private setting?
