Do you believe you deserve to feel strong and healthy?

In the book Forever Strong (highly recommend!), one thing that really stood out to me is the concept of self-sabotage.

Because here’s the truth:

If deep down you don’t believe you’re worthy of being healthy, you’ll always find a reason—consciously or not—to hold yourself back.

You’ll make excuses.

You’ll hesitate.

And when things get tough, you’ll tell yourself,

“Maybe this just isn’t for me.”

But that’s not the truth🚫

That’s fear.

That’s old wiring.

And yes—it’s hard to change.

But it’s possible.

You can rewire those beliefs.

We all struggle with self-sabotage from time to time. Even when we know what we want. Even when we know what to do.

You decide to make a change—and then the doubts creep in.

I’ve been there. We all have. 🫣

But here’s the good news:

You are not stuck! You are capable of change.

You are worthy of the health, strength, and energy you dream of.

It starts with believing that you’re ready for it—and reminding yourself of that every single day.

You’ve got this

And when it gets hard, that’s not a sign to quit. That’s a sign you’re growing 😌
