Olivia joined our Coaching Team in May and is launching new groups this September! 🙌 She’s fully qualified, with years of experience working 1-1 and in small groups, especially supporting older adults and those with chronic health conditions.

We run small group sessions (max 6) in our private studio in Westbury Park, Bristol. Perfect if you:

➡️ Haven’t done strength training in a while (or ever!)

➡️ Prefer walking, running, yoga, cycling…but know you need strength too

➡️ Care more about long-term health than a “beach body”

➡️ Want to avoid big, intimidating gyms
