How easy is it to think of an excuse not to go to the gym/exercise class etc when it’s just you⁉

There’s always others things that need to be done !

You don’t mind letting yourself down, but wouldn’t want to let others down.

This is completely normal❗

According to research (link below) group exercise was found to be habit-forming over time with the group approach helping people to keep going 😮‍💨
