What stops you from eating the way you want to?

Often it’s not lack of knowledge that stops you making good food choices, it’s often lack of time.

Or more accurately, planning ✍️.

When you’ve had a busy day at work / looking after the kids and running round here there and everywhere, the last thing you often feel like doing, especially when you’re tired, is to think about what you’re going to cook

And then having to cook it 🫠

Planning ahead helps:

🍽️ Prevent food waste

🍽️ Saves you money

🍽️ Takes away the daily headache of trying to think what to cook

🍽️ Helps prevent reaching for the easiest and often, most unhealthiest choice.

Making a plan and then writing a shopping list based on the plan, helps reduce the likelihood of either skipping meals (unless its part of the plan!) which makes us more likely to overeat later or reaching for the quickest and easiest thing there 🫳.

It also means fewer ‘top up’ shops which costs more money and time (and opportunity for temptation!) 👹
