Some examples of exercise snacks!

  • Marching on the spot 🫡
  • Running / fast walk up and down the stairs (hold on if you need to) 🥵
  • Brisk walk round the block – you can get further than you think in 5 mins! You could set a timer for 2 and half mins, when it goes off, turn round and come back. 🦵
  • Squats – make it harder by going down slow or make it more cardio by doing it fast 🏋️‍♀️
  • Press ups off the kitchen counter 🔥 (I like this, first thing, barely awake, don’t have to get on the floor and gets blood pumping!)
  • Touch down and reach up on the spot 👇👆
