Some tips for getting started with just 5 mins! :

👉 Pick a time of the day (or times) that works for you. It could be first thing in the morning, before you do anything else. Or if you’re not a morning person, another time of day but make it realistic!

👉Tag it on to something that you’re already doing – it could be going up and down the stairs a few more times and a bit quicker, it could be everytime you put the kettle on, you do some squats or press ups off the counter

👉Make it easy to do. We often build it up in our minds as something really big and hard and then we don’t do it. Make it as easy and simple as poss.

👉 Set a reminder or an alarm, esp helpful if you do spend a lot of time sitting

👉 Have a plan. Once you’ve decided when, have a plan. What are you going to do?!

Remember, it’s just 5 mins!
