Then for various reasons, usually ill health, family circumstances change or just not got back into it since lockdown.
Then the longer you leave it, the harder it is to get back to it.
If you’ve had an injury or illness, you may not recognise your body anymore and it’s even more off putting to start anything!
I often say to people that you may or may not get back to your previous fitness levels or mobility.
But it’s *never* too late to make an improvement from where you are now ![]()
And if you carry on doing nothing at all, things will only decline.
There’s either going forward or there’s going backwards. Once you reach a certain age, there’s no staying the same.
