Alice Bewick works in Children’s mental health and she volunteers with the Samaritans.

Its hard work and takes a lot of her mental and emotional energy and is ready to flop on the sofa when she comes home.

The last thing she feels like doing after work is going out to exercise!

However, she knew she needed to do something.

– She struggled with feeling tired all the time

– She was lacking energy

– Her motivation was low

Skip 6 months later and:

✔️She has the confidence now to go to the gym between sessions

✔️She feels much more confident to push herself

✔️She actually ‘enjoys’ her sessions!

Alice didn’t have any specific goals, she just knew she needed to move more and wanted to feel stronger 💪

She’s also found that since starting training, she’s paying more attention to her food 👀

And she’s learning about her body and when she can really push herself. And to do it in an environment that’s safe to do so.

And where you can have a giggle at the same time 😁

Alice is part of Team Tuesday Troopers on a Tuesday evening and is smashing it!! 👊

🔥She no longer feels like it’s a chore to exercise.

🔥She’s out the door walking to her session despite the weather, always the first one here and raring to go!!

🔥She’s now lifting weights that she never thought she could. And she’s loving it!!

🔥This has given her much more energy generally and a huge confidence boost!
