3. You’re entering a body builder or Olympic lifting competition
4. You’re after a PB every session
5. You love jumping around to loud music
We could be the gym for for you if:
You know you need to lift weights but not sure where to start
You want to have more energy and feel more confident in your own skin
You want to be stronger; fitter and healthier and to be more active for yourself as well as your family
You want to be able to grow older as strong and mobile as you possibly can and keep doing the activities you enjoy now for as long as possible!
You struggle with motivation and need some accountability (and for it not to feel like a chore!)
