We’re probably not the coach for you if:

1. You enjoy or need to be shouted out while exercising

2. You want abs you can grate cheese on

3. You’re entering a body builder or Olympic lifting competition

4. You’re after a PB every session

5. You love jumping around to loud music

We could be the gym for for you if:

✅ You know you need to lift weights but not sure where to start

✅ You want to have more energy and feel more confident in your own skin

✅You want to be stronger; fitter and healthier and to be more active for yourself as well as your family

✅ You want to be able to grow older as strong and mobile as you possibly can and keep doing the activities you enjoy now for as long as possible!

✅ You struggle with motivation and need some accountability (and for it not to feel like a chore!)
