Do you know the type of people who are great at will power?

It’s those that don’t have to use it much.

We were talking about this in one of our small groups this week.

I read this in the book Atomic Habits. It’s such a good book and I recommend it if you haven’t read it.

Do you know you need to make a change but not sure how or where to start?

You know it’s the evening snacks that you need to stop but just can’t seem to get control?

Or you’ve tried a million times before to start exercise but just can’t seem to stick to it?

It’s not about your lack of motivation.

It’s not because there’s something wrong with you.

It’s not you; it’s your systems.

It’s your environment that you need to change.

If the biscuits aren’t in the house in the first place, then there’s nothing to resist or use will power for.
