I was quite surprised that I was considered at risk and to take immediate action!

Most (if not all) of which I already do, but it was still a little wake up call

I’m in my early 40’s but the earlier you take action the better.

For me, I don’t eat enough calcium, something that always comes up when I track my food. I don’t tend to eat much dairy so I need to make more effort to make sure I eat enough from other sources.

And if you already do have a diagnosis of Osteoporosis or Osteopenia, (like many of my clients) no matter your age, it’s definitely not too late to do something about it
