What does that look like?

Examples of a good daily calcium intake include:

Two slices of bread

one small matchbox size piece of cheese🧀 three tablespoons of broccoli 🥦

one orange 🍊

and a glass of milk 🥛

or

one glass of calcium-fortified plant-based dairy alternative 🥛,

one palm sized piece of calcium-set tofu 🫘 , one tablespoon of sesame seeds,

one whole pak choi 🥬

and two dried figs.
