Did you know that there’s *loads* of health benefits to herbs and spices?

They are a great way to add flavour instead of processed or ready made sauces. I use them a lot instead of something sweet or salty (and sometimes as well as 😉)

Fresh parsley is good for:

– Vitamin K – which is great for bone health. Just 1 tblsp provides you with 70% of your RDA! 🦴

– Great source of vitamin A which is good for the eyes 👀 (as well lots of other benefits!) Vitamin C and other antioxidants

– Digestion 🍽️ it can help reduce bloating

– It’s also been said its good for reducing blood pressure ⬇️

I really like it with eggs 🍳 it’s also great on soups, stews anything really!

And don’t forget to eat the stalks too!! 🌿
