Do you find doing strength training on your own really hard?

I know I do 🫣

It seems to be easier to take yourself out for a walk; even a run if that’s your thing; book yourself a pilates or yoga class but strength exercises on your own is HARD.

I think this is because people can find it:

1. Boring – It can be quite repetitive.

2. Not easy to push yourself and end up stopping when it gets hard

3. Overwhelming- what exactly should I be doing?

4. Worried about injuring themselves by not doing it properly

5. Feel limited by kit or space

Which one do you relate to?

Do you know you NEED to be doing strength training but just can’t make yourself do it?
