Don’t wait around ‘trying’ to feel more positive or more energetic.

There are actions, no matter how insignificant they may feel, that can help to lift your mood and get into a positive frame of mind 🧘‍♀️

1. Surround yourself with positive people 🫶 And avoid the negative ones! People who generally have a more positive outlook on life are often more successful and more content – it’s catching!

2. Compliment one person everyday 👏 This makes them feel good but it also makes you feel good!

3. Eat some fruit and vegetables 🥗 Ones you enjoy! It will make you feel good.

4. Go for a walk 🚶 Walking is so good for your mental health in so many ways – if you can do it in some green space, even better!

5. Avoid too much news! 🥴 It’s always doom and gloom and it’s constantly in our faces like never before – listen/read/watch in small chunks if you have to !
