And avoid the negative ones! People who generally have a more positive outlook on life are often more successful and more content – it’s catching!
2. Compliment one person everyday
This makes them feel good but it also makes you feel good!
3. Eat some fruit and vegetables
Ones you enjoy! It will make you feel good.
4. Go for a walk
Walking is so good for your mental health in so many ways – if you can do it in some green space, even better!
5. Avoid too much news!
It’s always doom and gloom and it’s constantly in our faces like never before – listen/read/watch in small chunks if you have to !
