I’m not a calorie counter and never really have been.

However, I do check labels now and then, mainly for protein but energy too.

There’s no denying that if you want to lose weight, you do need to be in a calorie deficit and so knowing what you’re eating is helpful!

Just don’t make it the be all and end all!

So; without looking it up, have a guess at how many calories are in this small portion of 16g of mixed nuts (this is considered less than half a palmful and is about 8-10 nuts).
