‘The Gym really isn’t my thing’

Have you had a bad experience in the gym before?

Feel overwhelmed by all the kit and not sure where to start?

Or just don’t like the atmosphere?

A lot of people I work with would rather be out walking / cycling / Pilates or, if they’re honest, would just prefer to be sitting at home on the sofa reading a book!

However, they’ve noticed aches and pains start to creep in.

Activities and movement they used to do with ease, just feels like more of an effort and they know they need to do something about it. It’s only going to get worse!

Are you generally healthy but know that you need to step things up a bit if you’re going to want to stay doing what you do?

Know you need to do some strength work but the gym just does not seem appealing?!

You’re really not the only one!
