She spends a lot of time sitting at her desk (or sitting on a plane!)
She was always pretty good at carving time out for some activity, but knew she had to do more.
She knew she ‘should’ probably start lifting weights for her health now, as well as for her future self.
However, she had no idea where to start ![]()
Ciara joined up 18 months and hasn’t looked back.
She’s here every week.
In September, she upped her game and doubled down on her weekly sessions ![]()
She’s always looking to improve and work on her strength by lifting more than last time.
She works from home most days so working out with others in person feels good!

Ciara has found that she is getting stronger.
She can see in her logbook that she’s lifting way more than she did in the beginning and it’s very rewarding!
“I love the 1-1 quarterly reviews. I find it most useful as a self-reflection point when I could consider what I wanted from my sessions and discuss with Polly how to get that.”

I’ve loved seeing her confidence grow these past few months as she’s realising what she can lift and how much better she’s moving.
