Are you struggling to feel motivated?

Do you know you need to make a change but not really sure where to start or how to get that initial oomph?

Start with what you’d like to achieve.

Start small.

1. Write it down. Say it out loud.

2. Why? Your why needs to be solid.

3. Tell others.

4. Write down the how. Whats the plan?

5. When? When are you going to make this happen?

6. Think tiny steps. Lots of little steps add up to big ones.

If we’re relying on always feeling motivated or in the mood in order to take action to change things, things may or may not happen.

But if we’ve planned it, as James Clear from Atomic Habits would say, it takes away foggy notions of ‘I’ll work out when I feel like it’ to a concrete plan of action.
