2 ingredient bagels !

Made these after a client shared a recipe with me.

We’ve been watching Tim Spector’s ‘What Not to Eat” and the kids have really gotten into it!

So I made these bagels at the weekend that contain only 2 ingredients! And sooo easy.

You can poshen them up a bit by sprinkling sesame or poppy seeds on (I thought that was a step too far for the kids 😅)
