Little and often 

I started doing assisted pull ups In December.

I told myself just 2 every day.

It sounds very doable and takes seconds.

In January I decided to record them so I have a pen and notebook right next to where I do them.

I find it really encouraging writing it down and sometimes do it just so I can write them in my book!

I didn’t always manage it every day.

And some days I did extra.

So for the month of January I did 80 pull ups!

So I’ve turned the page and started recording February now (and got a page for press ups too)

Lots of tiny steps add up to big ones!
