Healthy phone habits

These healthy habits will help towards:

💛 Better sleep (not just to get to sleep but stay asleep!)

💛 More energy

💛 Healthier relationships

🧘‍♀️Have a wind down time. At least 30 mins before bed, come off all screens. Even if it’s just to potter around getting things ready for the following day or have a conversation with your spouse !

🧘‍♀️ Find a non tech hobby you enjoy

🧘‍♀️ Identify the things that make you happy and do more of them – just something small and simple like looking out the window at the garden or some trees

🧘‍♀️Walk!

🧘‍♀️ Get outdoors more

🧘‍♀️Have set times to check in on social media or whatsapp

🧘‍♀️Turn off or set a schedule to receive notifications – more on that on another post.
