What’s been going on round here…

– Barbell Squats ; there’s usually some form of squat going on and if the bar isn’t for you (and it’s def not for everyone for lots of reasons) there’s always something 😁

– some balance and stability work 💪

– finding commuting during the school holidays an absolute joy 🤩 (seriously – how may kids get driven to school these days?!)

– Coach Naomi McClure doing her stuff – new groups starting in March 💪

– Some family gym time (including a handstand between sets to keep warm- and just cos)

– Discovered my new all time favourite chocolate 😱
