I was fitter before I was a Personal Trainer !

Even Personal Trainers find it difficult to carve out time for workouts. Well, busy ones anyway!

In fact, now that I’m a Personal Trainer and running my own business, it’s harder than ever! I often joke that I was fitter before I was a Personal Trainer because I had more time to exercise!

There’s various things I do to prioritise my workouts.

One of those things is arranging it to do with others.

I run once a week with Siouxsie Hacking.Si

I workout with my husband and son once a week.

And me and coach Olivia Plato meet each week and do a workout together.

Sometimes we do the same thing, sometimes we do our own thing but the fact we have a time each in the diary, makes sure we do it.

And it’s a good chance to catch up and have a chin wag too !
