Why did you become a coach?

I wanted to work in a profession where I could be active and learn more about health, exercise and fitness. I also wanted to share what I know with others and make a tangible difference to their aspirations to become fitter and healthier.

What’s the last film you watched?

One Battle After Another (was excellent)

Cats or dogs?

I cannot choose! I have both!

Plank or wall sit?

Wall sit – easily.

Marmite: love it or hate it?

Hate it.

How do you like your coffee?

Only at the weekend – half and half with hot milk

Breakfast yes or no?

Absolutely yes – my favourite meal.

What did you want to do when you grew up as a child?

I wanted to be an actress!
