I really love wearing this T-shirt.

No one else can really see what it says but it’s my London 2025 finisher T shirt.

And it makes me feel really proud whenever I wear it.

I remember how gruelling the training was but it was so worth it.

It actually gives me hope when something feels utterly impossible, that actually, it could be possible!! I ran a marathon!!

Something that feels so far away, that if you just keep plodding along, 1 foot in front of the other, making little progress each day or week, that in the end it can build to something big.

(which by the way, doesn’t have to be a marathon!)
