This is Al. He’s 62 yrs old.

He is a busy Property Manager.

He would describe himself as reasonably fit before starting with us over a year ago.

He walked and swam each week.

However, he was struggling with pain in his back and shoulders.

The swimming and the walking didn’t seem to be helping; he knew he needed to do something more.

His wife had been coming along to us for a few months and had seen the difference it had made in her life and thought he’d give us a go too!

Skip a few months on and Al reports that he:

  • Has much more flexibility – he’s getting ever closer to those toes!
  • His balance has improved
  • He can see that he’s getting stronger and lifting heavier than when he started!
  • AND his back and shoulders are much better

“I hardly have any pain in my lower back now!”

He loves the social side of the small groups too.
