“I just have NO motivation”


It’s not about your lack of motivation.

That comes and goes and is often irrelevant. (thought sometimes helpful!)

The problem is often lack of clarity.

Lack of a plan!

You know you need to do more exercise.

You know you want to feel fitter, be healthier etc.

But struggle to actually do it.

James Clear (Atomic Habits author) says it’s not really about lack of motivation, it’s normally a lack of a plan.

The HOW of what we want to achieve. This isn’t only true about health and fitness, but about anything!

If we left everything to whether we felt like it or not or waiting to feel motivated, i’m sure there’d be lots of things that would not get done!
