What Do We Do And How Do We Serve Our Clients?

We work with anyone who would like to make a positive change to their health and fitness.

Most people we work with are 50 yrs+ (but not exclusively!) may never have done any strength training before, but know that they probably should! 

We work from a private studio space in Westbury Park, Bristol. 

We work with men and women.

We work with people who have medical conditions

We do this mainly in small groups of max 6 people. 

We do also offer 1-1 Personal Training

How Do We Serve Them?⁣

  • By providing an all over resistance based training programme 
  • Creating a safe environment for everyone no matter what their level of fitness is 
  • Providing regular 1-1 reviews 
  • Inviting them to be part of a community of like minded individuals also on their own similar journey 
  • Regular social get togethers 
  • Providing access to our online resources including workouts; postural exercises,  stretches, recipe packs, nutritional advice and anything else to help support them between sessions 
  • Providing accountability, support and encouragement in a friendly atmosphere
