What’s your fave exercise![]()
“Controversially I love a burpee! Also anything focused on arm strength, especially chest presses and push ups, they make me feel super strong and empowered!”
What’s your worst exercise![]()
“I am not a fan of squat jumps. My powerful muscles are in my upper not lower body so I find them really gruelling”
What’s your fave thing to do to relax and switch off![]()
I like going for a walk in the woods with my dogs. Often I leave my phone at home and go and sit in the trees to forest bathe while she sniffs around. It’s great for your nervous system
Why did you become a coach![]()
“Complicated one! I started my training in 2021 but didn’t become a coach til September 2023 due to health problems. I started with a completely different focus as a high impact fitness and trail running obsessive but then relaunched my business at the end of 2023 to cater for people with shared experiences of post viral fatigue. I’m so glad I have had this journey despite the struggles as i’ve learnt a lot more about health and the body than I could have ever imagined!”
What’s the last film you watched![]()
“Pass! I used to love cinema but now I don’t watch films or own a television so it’s been a looong time. “
Cats or dogs![]()
“I grew up with both and have had both in the past but currently have a dog. I also love cats though.”

“Plank!”
Marmite: love it or hate it ![]()
“LOVE it, especially on toast with daal…. Don’t judge me”
How do you like your coffee![]()
“Decaf, I have enough going on in my head without the caffeine!”
Breakfast yes or no![]()
“Definitely! Most important meal of the day, especially as a woman getting into her late 30s. I used to skip it and do fasted cardio in the morning but now I make sure I eat something within half an hour of waking, even if I don’t really feel like it.”
What did you want to do when you grew up as a child![]()
“I wanted to be a writer and illustrator. From an early age I wrote and illustrated poems and short stories. I still love to write and draw but see it as a passion rather than a money maker”
