Who are we and what do we do?

𝗪𝐡𝐨 𝐀𝐦 𝐈?

➡️ I’m Polly, owner and founder of Polly Turnill Fitness. I’m originally from Cumbria and lived in Newcaslte upon Tyne then Edinburgh (plus a year in China!) before moving to Bristol in 2007

➡️ I have a degree in International Health Studies and a Diploma in Breastfeeding Counselling (which has a surprising amount of transferable skills!)

➡️ I’ve always loved sports and unlike a lot of my clients (!) PE was my favourite subject at school!

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐚

➡️ She Joined the team in May this year and coaches the early morning sessions, as well as some evenings and day time sessions

➡️ Trail running used to be her thing, however, her focus has shifted and is now training to be a pole instructor! (you should see how muscly her arms are!)

➡️ Liv has had her own health challenges during the past few years and recently re trained to work with neuro diverse people and those who have chronic illnesses

We work with those who:

👉 are more interested in working hard on developing their ‘old age ready’ body than their ‘beach ready’ body

👉 Are committed to make positive changes to their health and fitness.

👉May never have been in a gym before, and would rather keep it that way

👉Value the privacy and accountability of a smaller group

👉 Struggle to motivate themselves to do it on their own

We work from a private studio space at 22 Kellaway Avenue, BS6 7XR Bristol

We work with men and women.

We help the young and the old.

We work with people who have medical conditions

👊By providing an all over resistance based training programme

👊Creating a safe environment for everyone no matter what their level of fitness is

👊Providing regular 1-1 check ins

👊Inviting them to be part of a community of like minded individuals also on their own similar journey

👊Regular social get togethers

👊Providing access to my online resources including workouts; postural exercises, stretches, recipe packs, nutritional advice and anything else to help support them between sessions

👊Providing accountability, support and encouragement in a friendly atmosphere
