We’re celebrating the addition of 2 new Small Group Personal Training Groups ![]()
We now have over 30 regular Small Strength Training Groups happening every week and 2 more starting this month!
Ever since I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2021, I’ve been totally committed to helping the people of Henleaze and Westbury Park achieve more mobility; improved confidence and have fewer aches and pains!
If your knees predict the weather and your back gives you a morning ‘creak report’ – you’re not the only one!!
However, it’s not about pushing through the pain.
It’s about moving better and feeling stronger.
To celebrate 2 new groups, this month we wanted to do something a bit special and do a giveaway for you lovely people.
Our Goal Is:
To help 8 people with:
- improved mobility so you can get down on the floor to play with the kids (and up again!)
- to have fewer aches and pains so don’t have to think twice about going for a long walk
- to feel more confident as you get older
- to keep up the activities you do for as long as you can!
We want to educate you about how to lift weights safely and appropriately to where you’re at
And show you how it’s not as scary as you think!
So, I invite you down to our private studio space on Kellaway Avenue for not 1 but *two* FREE group training sessions!
