How easy is it to think of an excuse not to go to the gym/exercise class etc when it’s just you![]()
There’s always others things that need to be done.
You don’t mind letting yourself down, but wouldn’t want to let others down.

According to research group exercise was found to be habit-forming over time with the group approach helping people to keep going!
I’ve definitely seen this myself.
