When Debbie Holland started with 1-1 over 4 years ago she gave me a list of things before we even got started of all the things she wasn’t going to do.
“I don’t do running.”
“Definitely not any jumping.”
“I really HATE feeling hot and sweaty.”
“There’s no way I can do a press up.”
“I don’t want anyone to see me and I’m definitely not exercising in a park!!”
I’m sure there were other things too!!
We made it work though and here she is 4 years later!!
