“I don’t have the time!!”

I heard Dr Chatergee say on a recent podcast that he used to do a 5 min strength workout every day for a while when things were sooo hectic he just didn’t have time for anything else.

If a full workout is too intimidating right now, just break it up into smaller chunks and fit it into your routine 🤏

I would argue that if your life is so that you really haven’t got time to exercise properly, then perhaps you need to have a look at your priorities 👀

However, there’s times in your life when it’s just not possible.

Or perhaps you do have set times in your week, but you’d like to do more and not sure when or what.

This might be going up and down the stairs, going round the block, doing some squats🏋️‍♀️ or press ups on the kitchen counter, anything to get your heart rate up ❤

It doesn’t have to be complicated.

So instead of doing NOTHING at all, do SOMETHING and it does count.
