I do some of these just to get warm when i’ve been sat down too long
Marching on the spot
Running / fast walk up and down the stairs (hold on if you need to)
Brisk walk round the block – you can get further than you think in 5 mins! You could set a timer for 2 and half mins, when it goes off, turn round and come back.
Squats – make it harder by going down slow or make it more cardio by doing it fast
Press ups off the kitchen counter
Touch down and reach up on the spot
