She talks about people she sees that self sabotage.
If you don’t really believe you deserve or you are worthy of being healthy, then you will always find an excuse, often from fear and lack of self worth, to do something about it.
Or if you start, won’t be able to stick with it.
It can be a real mental and emotional battle sometimes and I think everyone, to some degree, practices some form of self sabotage from time to time.
You decide to make a change and then when it’s hard, you come up with a reason why you can’t do it.
I know I do!
It’s about behaviour change and it’s deep routed in our brain.
And it’s hard to change the wiring in our brain.
But not impossible!!
