“You should be strength training”
We get told this quite a lot don’t we.
Especially for women.
Especially as we get older.
We must lift weights!
What does that even mean?!
Those that may have never lifted weights before or for those that have and have hurt themselves before or have pre existing injuries, often feel nervous about what they should and shouldn’t do and how ![]()
And what if you just plain don’t like the gym?!
