Why is it so hard to prioritise our health?! 

I think it’s partly the attitude, ‘If it ain’t broken; don’t fix it’ 🤷‍♀️

But it’s so much harder to fix than it is to prevent!

It’s also a case of lots of other things and people in our lives shouting louder 🫨 and the tendency is just react and respond.

It also takes effort and energy to get out of the house and do it for yourself 💪 It even sometimes feels selfish!

Does it feel luxurious?

Do you think there should be other things/family members more important to invest in?

Or there’s just too much stuff to do and someday you’ll get round to it!

Or is it a no brainier for you? 🤓
