I think it’s partly the attitude, ‘If it ain’t broken; don’t fix it’ ![]()
But it’s so much harder to fix than it is to prevent!
It’s also a case of lots of other things and people in our lives shouting louder
and the tendency is just react and respond.
It also takes effort and energy to get out of the house and do it for yourself
It even sometimes feels selfish!
How do you feel about spending time and money on your health?
Does it feel luxurious?
Do you think there should be other things/family members more important to invest in?
Or there’s just too much stuff to do and someday you’ll get round to it!
