Are You Stuck in a Rut

Know you need to make a change or just get going and not really sure where to start or how to get that initial oomph ❓

If this is you, whether it’s changes you want to make to your health and fitness 💪 or just life in general, here are some things to try:

  • Take a step back from your usual environment. Gain some new perspectives. Go work in a different room.
  • Go for a walk on a different route. It doesn’t need to be a big change
  • Watch or listen to something inspirational and immediately take action when you’re still motivated by it.
  • Move toward people who will provide you with honest feedback and help you take action
  • Do something silly 🙃
  • Do a fun activity. This could be anything, a walk with a friend, a dancing lesson, anything fun that gets you moving!
  • Try a new food 🦐 you’ve never had before
  • Take five minutes and write down five positives in your life that make you thankful 🙏. It could be family, friends, work, your home, your job – anything.

This list could be endless.

I personally like to stick on some music and have a little boogie.
