She’s a (mostly!) retired accountant.
She was already quite fit and active.
However, she was starting to feel the decline in strength; noticing that her upper body was particularly lacking strength.

She’s been turning up each week, plugging away and giving it all a go ![]()

Geraldine loves the small groups where you see familiar faces each week and everyone gets noticed, unlike a crowded studio where you’re often left to your own devices.

Having somewhere to come each week where someone is there to guide and encourage you with others who are there for the same reasons is really important and much better than her trying to do it at home on her own.
“It’s great that you don’t have to do a fastest-fingers-first to get on a session; this works really well for me”
