We’ve had the lovely Rachel Joshi Health & Wellbeing talk to us about stress management and Hilary Wilcox Health and Wellbeing about self massage and relaxation techniques.
Next, on Thursday 11th June we have Maria A Newman life coach, come to talk to us about being more confident! ![]()
It’s going to be a short, practical and interactive session about digging a bit deeper to find your own confidence.
“Most people think confidence is something you either have or you don’t.
So they wait and prefer to hold themselves back because they get caught second-guessing themselves in rooms, in conversations and, in life.”
This session is about changing that.
It’s not about you sitting and listening. It’s about:
involving you the whole way through so you take away with you what you need.
You get to decide what outcome you want.
You’ll leave feeling clearer and more certain about how you want to show up. Not perfect but just more you.
And with one simple action you can actually take straight away.
