Especially for women. (Though men need to as well!)

But for those that may have never lifted weights before or for those that have and have hurt themselves or have pre existing injuries; it can feel quite daunting.
And even if you haven’t any injuries, it can still feel overwhelming!
Also, the gym doesn’t always feel like the most welcoming place to be…
