A lot of people ask ‘What do I wear?’ when first starting out.

“I don’t have any gym clothes”

I say wear whatever you can move well in and what’s comfortable.

People come to train with us because they:

👉 Like the privacy of the studio space.

👉Are at a stage of life where jumping up and down to loud music while a PT shouts at you, is not where they’re at anymore (if they ever were)

👉Enjoy the safe space of a small group; there’s no such thing as a silly question

👉Need a coach to encourage, guide and challenge them on how to exercise safely while getting results

👉Often do not own a pair of leggings or trainers.

And that’s OK!
