Some salady things this week

I normally have eggs for breakfast – always want the first meal of the day to be high in protein and savoury.

However, I’ve been getting back into overnight oats again (or an hour soaked oats if I couldn’t be bothered to prepare in the evening!)

Today I had ‘carrot cake’ oats

– frozen blueberries 🫐

– chia seeds

– flaxseeds

– oats

– grated carrot 🥕

– mixed spices

– raisins

Left in the fridge soaked in almond milk and water while I drank my cold coffee that had been in the fridge overnight 👌 and then went for a walk round the block.

Topped it with half a pear and ginger and some nuts and voila 😋
