Naomi joined the coaching team at the end of last year.
What you might not know is that before becoming a Personal Trainer, Naomi spent years working in wildlife conservation and fundraising.
In her 20s she even travelled to Namibia and Botswana, helping to catch and monitor leopards! ![]()
Fitness has always been part of her life. As a child, she insisted on joining the boys’ football team because there wasn’t one for girls!
Since then she’s adapted her training through every stage of life – from pregnancy and busy mum life to menopause – and knows first-hand how empowering it is to feel strong.
After deciding it was time for a completely new challenge, Naomi retrained as a Personal Trainer.
She wanted to help other people experience the confidence and freedom that comes from getting stronger.
“If I feel physically strong, then I feel stronger about everything in my life”
Her favourite part of the job? Seeing members grow in confidence, celebrating their progress, and finding ways to make every exercise work for every individual.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her out walking her dog, reading with her book club, or cooking. ![]()
